Leo is a lion! that's for sure! he was born bright eyed and bushy tailed! While little brother Jake needed some help, Leo burst into the world, on a mission, all be it a short one. I wrote Leo a letter to take with him and in it I told him that on one occasion when I visited him he was curled up in his cot with his feet pressed against the door of his incubator, almost like he was planning his escape! He looked me in my eyes and I swear this is a moment I will never forget, I had this feeling that here was a boy who would never be still, ready to roam. At the time I smiled to myself and thought, yes, Leo James you will be a handful! Mum and Dad will always be looking for you!! "Where's Leo gone" "has anyone seen Leo" that was to be our future. I look back now and think, well maybe I wasn't so far off the truth. I KNOW Leo is with us, i sense him, I laugh at him and with him. I am happy, safe in the knowledge he is with my brother Ian. Some things I have no doubt about, he is with his family, where he should be. He is as much apart of that family as his brother and sister are. He is not gone he is just with us in a different way and when things happen, like his brothers bow tie disappearing on his christening day, there is no doubt whos had it!! who else could it be? So Leo to me you will never be gone, no quite the opposite, you will always be here, with us where you belong xxxxxxxxxxx
